Zaverse is located at Ronda de Sant Pere, 38, Eixample, Barcelona. We are just a ~4-minute walk from Plaça d’Urquinaona, an ~8-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya, and an ~8-minute walk from Arc de Triomf.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled visit.

We highly recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to secure your preferred date and time. You can find “Buy Tickets” buttons throughout our website. Tickets can also be purchased at the venue, subject to availability.

Yes. Our venue is accessible and welcoming to wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.

Zaverse is suitable for most visitors, but the experience includes flashing and strobe lights, rapidly changing images, intense visual effects, loud sounds and other immersive sensory effects. These may not be suitable for people with photosensitivity, epilepsy, migraines, sensory sensitivities, or other conditions affected by light or sound. We recommend considering your individual circumstances before visiting and consulting a medical professional if you have any concerns.

Yes. Our VR headsets can be used while wearing prescription glasses.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces. We also do not offer storage facilities, so visitors should bring only essential personal belongings they can comfortably carry. We are unable to store, hold or look after personal items on behalf of visitors.

Only certified service animals are permitted inside the venue. For the safety and comfort of all visitors, other pets and animals are not permitted.
